Reflect on your month:
- What is one thing that happened this month that changed you?
- Do you think this was a positive or negative change?
- What life lessons can you take away from this month?
- Did you accomplish the goals you set out for yourself this month?
- If you didn't, why? If you did, how can you continue to move forward?
- What is something new you learned about yourself?
- Give this month a rating from 1-10 (1 being the worst, and 10 being the best)
