Get deep:

  6. What behaviors in others (or myself) get under my skin?
  7. If I could change one part of myself, what would I change?
  8. Now write down at least one positive aspect of that part of you; could this be beneficial in any way?
  9. What external experiences trigger a negative reaction within me?
  10. Is there any aspect of my childlike self that I have lost touch with that I miss?
  11. What caused me to lose touch with that part of me?
  12. Do I try to hide any parts of myself from otehrs? Why?

Self-discovery:

  1. Am I living to my truest potential?
  2. If I continue to do the same things I'm currently doing, would I be proud of what I see/be happy with my life?
