I'm Feeling Bad and I Can't Pinpoint Why

Ask Yourself:

  • (if applicable) Did I pray about it?
  • What is the tone of my self-talk?
  • How am I sleeping?
  • How much time do I spend on social
    media?
  • How am I being affected by
    the people around me?
  • What am I putting my energy into?
  • Is there a source of stress, or is something
    weighing me down?
  • Do I need some rest?
  • Am I willing to let go of how I am feeling,
or am I intentionally dwelling in this state?
  • Why am I spending time looking for a
    reason... really?
