Stress relief:

  1. Write about how stress/anxiety makes your body feel. How can you help combat these physical symptoms?
  2. On a scale from 1-10 (1 being least and 10 being most), how would you rate your level of stress and anxiety right now?
  3. What are 5 things that truly make you feel happy? Why?
  4. What is that reoccuring negative thought and what is the reason behind that thought?
  5. Brain dump. Set a timer and spend at least 3 minutes writing down everything that is worrying you/stressing you out.
  6. Before you rip that paper up, think about how you can leave those worries on the page and eliminate them from your life.
  7. Think about the place where you feel most safe/comfortable. Vividly describe it: (Ex: How big is it? What does it smell like? What is the first thing you see when you walk in?)
  8. List 3 things about yourself that you are most proud of.
